30-day easy returns. If your pet doesn't love it — or it isn't quite right — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
How it works: contact us with your order number and we'll send simple return instructions. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we refund you in full.
Damaged or wrong item? Tell us right away with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
For hygiene reasons, opened food and treat items can't be returned unless faulty. Unopened items are always fine.
